  Great communication all the way through. Took care of all my needs when I screwed up my shipping information. Spent time explaining me the process for their business and shipping. The value they offer is the best I’ve seen and the product was amazing. Safest packaging ever. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic seal along with a cardboard box. It came as described.   Smokescreen was a little late in arriving due to a snafu/fiasco regarding Canada Post. I do not hold that against the seller, as they managed to get the item shipped and very near delivered the day before the postal strike was due to happen! Smokescreen was safely packaged, condition as described (I hadn't realized he'd come with the instructions, so that was a bonus!). Thank you for the deal you offered - I am a satisfied customer!

  Product was exactly like the picture and the packaging was exactly like the seller said in the details. Very happy with how fast the shipping was, especially in Canada and I am so excited to finally own this particular figure because when it initially came out in store, they disappeared so fast but this seller was super awesome to buy from and I would certainly buy from them again.
