  💖Working with this seller was an absolute delight. The products were already affordably priced, less than many selling the very same product. I reached out to them to ask some questions too, and they were very responsive. We were able to save money on two of the exact model locks we needed, new in the package to secure some property that was recently broken into.   Outstanding seller. Probably the best packing I have ever seen in the 20 plus years I have been buying and selling on Ebay.   Great experience with the buyer! Item was as described and shipped quickly. I had accidently purchased using the wrong payment method, but the seller was easy to work with and let me cancel and repurchase immediately. Item was packaged with care and sold at a fair price.

  The item I ordered was visually as described. It was shipped and received promptly but the packaging failed to secure loose components. Some fell out of the, another broke loose inside and was moderately damaged. While I appreciated the spare parts, I expected better for the costs of shipping. If a vendor wants repeat customers and positive reviews, they should inspect the device and secure any loose glass items to prevent coming loose and being destroyed. All in all we'll do business again.

  The seller made an error to my benefit. I offered to cancel the transaction but the seller insisted on accepting responsibility, and finished the deal. Product and shipping are better than advertised or expected. I will have no hesitation buying again.
