I initially received the wrong bag but the supplier rectified this very quickly and efficiently. Mistakes happen, but when they do it's the way they are resolved that tells you how good the customer service is. I can certainly vouch for the quality of customer support from Packed Direct.

I didn't experience that seller, what I got was a seller who only answered my messages when I contacted Ebay and they had to step in. A seller who told me they'd send me a replacement part and then they sent me an obviously empty bag. I sent them pics of the faulty item when asked, all in all it took them 2 weeks from start to finish, so not a good experience for me.
