  This seller worked with me answering questions both before purchasing and after. The item was as described and arrived in the same condition as advertised. I had an issue with how to work it as it was electronic but I figured it out and the seller was happy to assist with the questions I asked. So overall this is a good seller to buy from and my product arrived faster than expected!

  This person comes across as a scam artist, sending items with deceptive labels ("Italian design") and packaging the item like a complete amateur (arrived broken and the varnished wood covered in sticky packing tape). The next part: they offer a partial refund (50%) knowing you don't want to go to the trouble of repacking and returning the bulky item. Lastly, seller sent me a reply meant for another customer, very abrasive and confrontational. I should have canceled right then.

  I wish seller had shipped with someone other than FedEx. FedEx is a Horrible delivery company. Packing could have been better also. However, machine works great after I bought 2 parts that I needed to test it. Great value and I'd buy from this Seller again for sure!!! Hey Seller do you have anymore sewing items???

  The seller was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from start to finish. I picked up the label maker in person and the seller took the time to walk me through how it works and confirmed it was fully functional. I truly appreciate the extra effort to ensure I was receiving a reliable product. Highly recommended!
