  False advertising. Photo frame was listed as NEW but clearly was not. The box itself appeared like it had been opened. The box itself had a shipping label on it from Costco to someone else clearly indicating it was bought from Costco originally. The kicker was the frame still had pictures of someone on it and had their name on it. For a USED price and condition I still think I will keep it as I could factory reset it to a new ID number so I won't be getting someones pictures.

  Why am I leaving negative feedback? 1) Seller had 30+ red phone cords for sale, but couldn't be bothered to update the listing photos (all of gray cords). 2) Seller did not read my Note-to-Seller made at the time of my order. 3) Seller immediately created a label and tracking # to LOOK LIKE item was quickly shipped... but according to the tracking details, USPS had to wait almost 4 days to receive the item and ACTUALLY ship it. 4) I had to write 4 times to get refund for item not matching photo.

  The most important thing for a person is kindness. Why don't you tell everyone that this product is given to you for free and you didn't pay a penny. I've never seen such a thing, you get a free product but complain that its color is not what you like. And you write so many bad reviews.

  No unkind words here. Just the facts. Note with my order said to cancel if gray color in photo was unavailable. Second cancellation request made early Mon a.m. but Seller lied about item already shipped - when order wasn't rec'd by the P.O. til late Thurs eve. Seller has said I should be grateful for this "gift from heaven", costing "less than a burger", and now because it's "free". But my time has been wasted, and I still don't have the cord I need in the right color, size and length.
