  Great price but awful shipping. They shipped quickly & the 1st 1 arrived broken. They swiftly & easily replaced it - which also arrived damaged. Instead of sending a 3rd 1, they decided to refund my money. Their packaging of the plastic bumper valence was just placing it in a clear plastic bag & putting it in an oversized cardboard box that got crushed during the shipping process. Great company, but they should hire a shipping director who knows the job. Bright side- I found one cheaper on eBay.

  WOW!!!! Talk about the perfect Ebay transaction. Price was amazing, shipped with in a couple of hours of ordering, arrived on my doorstep ahead of schedule in perfect condition and packaged with care. The body part is already on my vehicle, and it looks better than the OEM. Great communication from beginning to end. Say hello to my new favorite vendor on Ebay.....   The seller was exceptional. The Failure was the U.S. Postal Service. They lost my package was was NO help in locating it. I contacted USPS 3 times and all I could get was week old information.

  Delay in transit (not seller's fault) caused me to cancel. Seller acquiesced without problem. Part arrived 2 days after refund. It was as represented and worked. I would buy from this seller again. Now trying to arrange to pay.

  Really good rear bumper, for a very low price. Extra fast shipping. Only 1 minor negative thing, could have been better packed. When the guy from UPS was carrying the shipment up to the house, he needed to pick up falling parts from the parcel. Fortunately none got lost. Highly recommended seller.

  Parts are nice. Had some shipping issues that were not the sellers fault. The package was severely damaged during shipping and the parts fell out of the package. I contacted the seller. No hesitation they took care of everything I received my parts a few days later.
