    I tried to get an update after I didn’t receive my purchase by the original estimated date. It didn’t appear to even be shipped, and still doesn’t appear to have shipped. I messaged 3 times, no response. Terrible communication, zero attempt to notify me of a delay. In the complete dark about this purchase.
