I recently purchased a solar panel from this company and I'm thoroughly impressed with both the product and their customer service. The solar panel arrived within the suggested timeframe as promised. When I unpacked it, I noticed the carry case had a damaged zip. I messaged the seller about the issue, and I was amazed by their response time - they replied straight away! Even better, they sent out a replacement case the very next day.

Appreciated the refund as the parcel will never and the courier used the same pictures for 2 entirely different sellers and tracking numbers..hope the sellers change courier services!
