Item was high quality and in great condition, steelbook was in flawless condition with no dents and the seller gave me a great deal on it. Item better than described.   Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The item arrived exactly as described in great condition and was well packaged. I had reached out to this seller a few times and none of my messages were responded to & there seemed to be a small delay in getting my order sent out. However, despite those things I received what I ordered and at the end of the day that’s all that matters.

  Beware of this seller who advertised the 4k Blu-ray as the steelbook version but sent the regular one instead. The listing thumbnail is misleading. Despite requesting a refund, I did not receive a refund for the taxes and duties paid for DHL delivery. The package also took an unusually long time to arrive. It's best not to trust this seller. I'm frustrated because I didn't get what I wanted, wasted my time and now I have to look somewhere else to get these edition.

  I will admit that i mix up the item and sent him the wrong one. We all make mistake but he is an international buyer so it is going to take a while for the package to arrive but he already knows that. The problem i have with this buyer is that he NEVER message me to tell me about this situation and give me an opportunity to fix it by coming to some type of arrangement.
