  This doll is well worth the money and the condition you get it in is always packaged neatly! Would by from seller again. Received item on time and packaging and item didn’t have anything wrong with them; baby doll was as it appears in picture but batter!.

  The doll but when opened it had a nice gash down its face. It was split right open. They shipping it in a plastic bag. No box or protection of any kind. When I reach out to seller they tried to tell me they could send a replacement head from china that would take 3 weeks. I said that was unacceptable. Then they shipped a replacement out right away. Asked me to cancel the return 10 times before it arrived. It came & I received a smashed jewelry box. No doll. Took forever but I got my money back.

  Sadly, I received a message from the seller about 2 weeks after my purchase informing me that this doll was out of stock. They offered me the option to choose a different doll or receive a full refund. Once I opted for the refund, my money was promptly returned.
