  Product arrived on time, issue was the pump was faulty and did not work. After contacting the seller several times to be told we will speak to warehouse and get them to send another pump out. And quite frankly been lied to several times because guess what I haven’t received no replacement pump. Am just sick of it now and my last message chasing this up I haven’t even had a reply Excellent customer service guys you will definitely get more business from me……not 😡

  After 2 months of use, you told us the pump is not working. We sent you another pump with no questions asked. What more can we do? You are still not happy and keep asking for more?

  AVOID THIS SELLER. LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, NOT JUST MINE. AVOID. long delay for delivery. The seller came up with different stories about why. Lots of messages and promised I could return as they would send label.... Item delivered .... and they have now gone quiet. To return I would have to pay.

  The parcel arrived just one day later than the estimated delivery time, and it was due to the courier. There was nothing wrong on our end. We uploaded the tracking number # and you obviously can track the parcel. After you complained that the delivery was late by one day, we agreed to accept the return if you no longer want the item. We sent you a message with a QR code to scan at the post office for the prepaid return label. We don't want to be rude but obviously you are lying.

  The product arrived and it works great. There was a delay in the arrival and delays in the expected delivery date (but to he fair, that's down to the delivery service) but I was emailed in regards to the expected delivery update, so I appreciated that. But no matter. It arrived and I've no problems with it, so thank you :)

  Fab! A great item, new and as described. Item dispatched very quickly, but got stuck in the Xmas/New Year post, which is my fault for ordering too late...! Seller followed up with the courier in case the item was lost, but it wasn't, and the courier gave assurance of delivery, which it duly was. Thanks to all involved. Seller highly recommended.
