I contacted the seller, explained, asked for help to resolve, and later asked again, but got zero reply. In the end I asked ebay for help, and they resolved it very quickly, gave me a full refund. So in that sense I am happy, but I'd say to avoid this seller.

It did not contain the products, I ordered. Lovell did not respont to any messages in Ebay, a single response from their official mail. No actions. No replies. I asked Ebay to step in and help - still no communication, but a refund from Ebay. It is wonderous why a company like Lovell choose to act as they do. And I will n e v e r shop here again.

I ordered 3 sports bras from them and they sent all 3 WRONG BRAS,and when I contacted Lovell sports about it they completely ignored me! So I contacted them again and ignored yet again,so I returned the bras back to them and they wouldn't give me a refund either so eBay had to step in,it was their fault but they treated me like I was in the wrong! There extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and rude! So that's the first and LAST ORDER from me!there disgusting!
