  Never received my package , they was a shipping label created , but never shipped, shipper has been in contact

  Refunded buyer fully. Local Fedex branch experienced service issues and lost this package. Have spent hours on the phone with customer service and in contact with ship center's manager trying to locate package and reach resolution. Thanks for understanding that this was out of my control.
