They always answered promptly and gave sound advice. I eventually decided on the Oppo 203 and placed my order. Admittedly, I went for the best one I could afford but when it arrived (very quickly) it’s perfect, looking as good as new and it performs wonderfully. Competitive price including a warranty. A credit to themselves and to eBay. Highly recommended. Very happy buyer.
