  Shoe brand was mislabeled. Was not what the rest of the listing said. Noticed this when shoes arrived. Seller communicated promptly and was apologetic and offered full or partial refund if I wanted to keep them. The shoes were SO nice though - VERY professional and sharp looking and great condition. I decided to keep them. Partial refund came then and there. Though not the brand I wanted, item and seller are A+

  Simple mishap in the size of the boots. Seller offer a full refund if I shipped back, and also offered a very fair partial refund if I chose to keep them. Seller handled issue perfect, and quickly. Would purchase from again. T/Y

  Beautiful shoes! Would have loved more confidential and protective packaging. Clear tape on the actual shoe box is enough to get a pair of Nine West stolen and the box is not that sturdy, was crushed in areas. Thank goodness no damage to shoes! Thanks again!
