    Through no fault of their own, the glasses I ordered were not a style that worked for me. I felt terrible, but the seller guaranteed 30 days to return. In addition, the sunglasses were secured very well in packaging and arrived in the condition and timeline as described. The quality and value met expectations and look forward to doing business with them, again, in the future.

    The seller was stellar in her communication even when the item got lost for almost a month after shipping - postal mistake . But finally got the item in good condition beautifully wrapped and in good condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again and recommend her.

    Unfortunately my package that was sent to me arrived empty, someone had stolen the contents before I was able to receive it. So I contacted the company and they were so understanding! They are sending me a replacement! They definitely are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely keep them as a go-to place for frames or eyewear. I highly recommend them!
