  okay so quality.. the item didn’t come with a graphics card at all! it seemed brand new everything was in the box never opened before; wrap was still attached BUT there was something white on the aio cooler. totally not on the seller since why i’m not giving a negative review. seller communication was somewhat alright !on helping me get a return label and shipping it back to them to figure out the problem.
