  Most dishonest, disgusting seller behavior I've encountered on eBay in 25 years. He listed as a leather golf bag. The bag was 100% VINYL. His pictures show a dark brown & cream colored item. I received a 3-colored item (med brown, white, & pink/purple). The listing photos were altered. After return, the seller contacted eBay to claim I destroyed the item and he can't resell, which is a 100% fabrication. The item was returned in the seller's box & I have a full video of item being safely packed.

  This Wilson Golf Bag was indeed 100% as described. We have never and will never sell an item that is not exactly as shown and described in one of our listings. Our track record speaks for itself. We invite anyone to review our extensive feedback as proof. We accepted the return as ebay advised and the buyer packed it in such a way that it arrived crushed and damaged to the point that it can no longer be sold. We have the pictures from the time the postal clerk brought out the item thru opening.

  The item had a chip out of it. The merchant did not disclose that the item was damaged in the listing. When I contacted the merchant they said I could send it back but refused to pay for the $23 in shipping it cost me to have it shipped!! Why should I pay for their mistake? Terrible customer service.

  This item was listed and very carefully packaged with no noted damage when listed or shipped. It is possible the item was damaged during shipping although the buyer did not report any such issue. It is also possible that the item was damaged buy the buyer who may have dropped it? We were not there so it is hard to say.We decided to give the buyer the benefit of the doubt and offered 3 fair solutions. The buyer stated that they wanted to keep the item for free.We do not like being scammed.

  Item arrived on time and as described. Game works perfectly. I had no issues with the seller and the transaction to delivery time was quite quick. Very efficient but with confidence. That all I really had to say now I’m being forced by eBay to fill in this gap so I can let everyone know what a great experience I had. Quality: AMAZING Condition: AMAZING Value:AMAZING.
