  BUYERS BEWARE! Waited 26 days for tracking info before I messaged seller. Seller said “ebay held back the funds”. I advised seller that eBay holds funds until proof of shipment (https: export.ebay.com/en/fees-and-payments/payments/payment-holds/). Seller cancelled order, then messaged me “…the case i have are smaller in this style i may have a pelican case that rolls if you want to make something happen”. What happened to the case I ordered? Why offer different case instead of shipping order?

  buyer never reached out to me. he opened a case. when i noticed there was and issue i had hours before ebay would step in advised the customer. asked him to close the case. he made threats, therefore he was given a refund. and options to purchase a better case for the same money. sellers beware, unreasonable customer.

  The boots I purchased were virtually like new and exactly as described…..they got here promptly , and the shipping cost was reasonable…..I would buy from this seller anytime……P.S…..in my experience, Olathe boots tend to run small for the stated size, so buyers should consider that when purchasing this brand……thanx Lonewolf

  i paid for shipping, and it took sometime to ship & arrive….

  Buyer paid for economy shipping, which states 1 to 10 business days to arrive. He expected next day service. I asked him to return the case if he wasn't happy. He turned into a ghost then. He got great deal and didn't appreciate it.
