  I literally placed my order yesterday, and the team arranged next day delivery for me. Although I was initially overcharged, they quickly refunded the difference and got my Design Essentials order to me in under 24 hours. I’m so grateful for the excellent customer service. The parcel was well packaged, and the delivery and packaging were great value too.

  Good quality product but was not boxed. Decent value, but the packaging could have been better by boxing it, The cap of the lid was instead sellotaped to the glass part and then heavy duty bubble wrap which most of that was fine. The only downfall is that once the sellotape is removed the sticky tackiness is left behind, so when trying to apply product, you wash your hands etc to then have this sticky residue in the way. Other than that, great service, quick delivery, and accurate description.

  Bought two packs. Great and exactly what I ordered. They came in the same pack and purchased at same time but two different prices for postage for the same size packs of hair. Not baffling but I needed them.
