    Book is exactly as described. Delivery absolutely appalling, delivered by Evri, no regard for peoples property, didn't follow instructions, thrown on the ground in an unsecured, unsafe & unsuitable location. Uploaded image shows a metal door handle, no indication of location, it could've been Mongolia. Unfortunately this means we'll never be able to order from this seller again. Disgraceful delivery isn't sellers fault. EVRI TAKES ALL THE BLAME.

    Book was in good condition, as described on the listing. It is a high quality tome and was very good value, including the postage. I use this excellent seller regularly- I ordered the book on a Thursday and it arrived by Saturday morning, less than 48 hours. Highly recommended!

    Book arrived very well packaged. Secure, cardboard envelope & recyclable. Book was as described by seller, in excellent condition. Postage costs were very acceptable and book is excellent value for money. Would put hade from seller again. Excellent service and arrived well within timescale.

    Unfortunately this book was delivered damaged, packaging was badly ripped . The seller responded immediately, refunded me and was apologetic. I would buy from them again based on the excellent customer service I received.

    The condition on arrival was not as good as described as it was only packed in a plastic bag and had been damaged in the post, the pages are folded in places and the cover has been damaged on the edges. You can see that it has been bashed through the plastic bag, very disappointing, should have been more protected.
