  The condition on arrival was not as good as described as it was only packed in a plastic bag and had been damaged in the post, the pages are folded in places and the cover has been damaged on the edges. You can see that it has been bashed through the plastic bag, very disappointing, should have been more protected.

  Through no seller's fault the delivery of the book took two weeks. When I contacted the seller I was immediately offered a re-fund, but wanted the book and decided to wait a bit longer. I don't know how the seller managed it but the book I thought was lost in delivery has arrived! I would describe my experience with this seller as positive despite the delivery hiccup. Recommend.

  I ordered three Spencerian books 2, 4 and 5. Unfortunately I received two of book 2 and not book 4. londonbridgebooks where quick to respond to me, book 4 was no longer available, so they refunded me and allowed me to keep the extra book 2. As the books are about practicing hand writing the additional book is a bonus. The books are most excellent quality and therefore very good value for money. An honest and helpful shop.

  I was sent the wrong book in error. When contacted Londonbooks they were very helpful and gave me an immediate refund. I definitely trust this honest seller and I will buy from them in the future.
