  I was skeptical it worked as it was described as "untested". Once I was able to reprogram the remote with my fireplace unit, it came on no problem. Everything is in order so far! Shipping came as expected. Packaging was taped at all seams to keep bubble wrap together. A bit higher price than I wanted to pay with exchange overall but isn't an eyesore so I'm happy. Photo is my remote buttons compared to the replacement remote.

  I LOVE these plates!!! Can’t stop admiring them. Haven’t brought myself to putting them away in a china cabinet yet. I have them where I can see and enjoy them several times every day. So lovely, so elegant. They will be my new favorite thing for quite awhile. Expertly wrapped and packed to insure their safe arrival.
