  The horns are great and the drill provided is top notch. However, it was just a bunch of parts in a box. There were no instructions of what to do or how to build. I sent a note to seller as for instructions and they didn't respond, hence the downgrade. Shipping was quick, packaging was good, good value. Not as described since it was just parts. I kept the Milwaukee drill and used a cheap Ryobi instead once I found YouTube videos showing how to build the horn.
