  Very pleased with this seller. Boxed new item, sent via Royal Mail in small plastic baggie, timely delivery and for a very fair price. Exactly what I ordered - right item, right finish, in stock at a good price. Other vendors didn't stock or wanted much higher price.

  I never saw the item, as Royal Mail had let the seller down so I had to order another bell from a different source, which arrived quicker. When I let the seller know, he was absolutely brilliant in his response, and couldn't do enough to help me out. Appreciate all that you did leading up to the refund; now refunded. Thank you for your excellent service and communication.

  Arrived quickly. (Packaging could have been better. A little bubble wrap or a padded envelope possibly, as I felt that it put in a paper envelope in a plastic bag was not enough protection if this was posted, dropped through a letter box onto tiles. )
