  Great communication. Easy to work with. Disappointed in the shipping, considering I spent $18 on shipping - the packaging of my squishmallow was not great, it came completely stuffed into a shipping bag that was way to small, so it was wrinkly and doesn’t feel as puffy/squishy as it could. Overall would recommend but be wary of shipping price and packaging.

  This bird arrived quickly and in great condition and was exactly as it appeared in the photos. (It's adorable.) I bought several different birds at the same time from this seller and they were packaged very well so they would not be damaged. I would order form this seller again.
