  Came in brand new condition like the seller said and was very cheap. It's a very good quality phone plus it is red in color which is rare here. The seller was very willing to rectify any issues I had and the package came in early. Also when it hit the U.S. I was provided a USPS tracking number which I did not expect. Overall 10/10 would recommend this seller and would buy again from them.

  I am Very happy with the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G phone Received today. The quality is excellent , truly high quality as described. the packaging was Also Very Well Done and great provided great protection. The package arrived right time which I really appreciate. I Received it this morning May 11th , Which was actually earlier than Eslimited Delivery Date of May 13.Delivery Speed felt a little bit slow. However, since the package did arrived on time.   I had a couple of issues with my purchase. I contacted the seller. The communication was a little slow at times but, be patient; they always responded. Contact the seller and be patient if you have an issue. I was able to resolve the issue and am now happy with my purchase. And yes, I did in fact receive a brand new sealed in the box phone, no issues there at all. In the end I am happy and it was a positive experience. Give the seller a chance.

  Really good phone, is brand new and it came on the original box with the charger, the shipment was a little slow for me bc my phone died so I didn’t had a phone but it was pretty fast anyways (like 15 days of shipment but I bought it on January 3 and arrived the 30 to Chile).
