    Neutral feedback for this seller, who is an official BMW dealer. The item itself is fine and just as per the description. However, the service and communication from the seller was poor. The item was marked as despatched, however I waited, but it did not arrive, even though they had charged £6.10 for delivering a simple book. I duly communicated with the sellers through Ebay, to which I have never received a reply. However the despatch info was suddenly "updated" and the book arrived. Poor.
