  Although the item I received was incorrect my experience with this company is still positive as there communication was good and they fixed the problem. Even though the item was the incorrect plush character the quality of the item was very good. It was dispatched quickly and received in the time scale.

  It was the wrong item. I got £1.60 returned to me. Which I agreed to. But I think the correct item should have been sent instead. By my returning the item to be sent the correct one would not of been cost affective for me . And 16 pound is A LOT of money to purchase another plush. Nevermind.
