  Excellent seller. Well packaged product was clean and as described in perfect working condition. Great value comparatively to aftermarket junk. It arrived much sooner than expected as I'm still waiting for products purchased more than 3 days prior from other sellers. I've saved this seller and plan to buy from them again in the near future

  The guys were just fantastic through the entire Process. These guys are easy to work with and fair. A little slow to respond, but worth it. Shipping was good, Didn't really need packaging for tires. Item was almost as described. Still a good experience overall. Very pleased.

  Received an axle tagged with a different VIN# from the car in the listing, messaged LKQ and they explained that the original was discovered to be damaged before being shipped. They gave me a full description and wreck history of the new donor vehicle including it's VIN# and mileage which was even lower than the one from the original listing! Basically they were unable to send the original so they sent me a better one instead. Very pleased with thoroughness of communication as well as value!

  Item was as described. Shipping was quick but could’ve been packaged better, bubble not just taking up space in box but wrapped around item. Item did not break during shipping though. Whewww. Price was going rate for similar items so value was there and shipping was quick (nice). Item was clean, not scratched or cracked. Compared a OEM part, it was hundreds less. Part installed without issue and works as it should. Pic is showing item received & installed.

  Item was shipped quickly and was a good price for an OEM used part. I also like that they tell you the mileage that the car part has on it. Unfortunately, a mistake was made and I received the incorrect part, but after a quick verification process (I assume to verify the incorrect part was the one they sent to avoid fraudulent claims) I was given a full refund. I give 5 stars because mistakes happen with even the best sellers, but it’s how the mistake is handled that matters.

  Communication was pathetic. I attempted to contact the seller twice with questions about this product and they never responded. BUT, I received a high-quality item at a very fair price. The item was very well packaged and was sent UPS, and not via the mail man who loses things. If communication could improve, this would be an A+ seller.
