  Shipping was fast, the company is very communicative. There was one small issue with my order they made sure to clear up so I wasn't sent the wrong part. The transmission was packaged very securely, and definitely, without a doubt how it was described was on point with the value of the unit. If I ever need another transmission as a great price, fast shipping, and great quality, I'll be using this company exclusively.

  Communication was pathetic. I attempted to contact the seller twice with questions about this product and they never responded. BUT, I received a high-quality item at a very fair price. The item was very well packaged and was sent UPS, and not via the mail man who loses things. If communication could improve, this would be an A+ seller.

  Extremely satisfied of the service. Shipping was fast, the company is very communicative. great value. great packaging. There was a small issue with my order not matching the color of the part i requested. However, the seller offered immediate support with full refund of the item in a very short time. professional seller that i definitely recommend.

  The part was delivered as advertised and installed in the car currently. It could have been packaged better (there was a hole in the box since object heavy), but it was wrapped in bubble wrap which saved the part from damage. I would buy from the seller again since they do have quite a few car parts available.

  Shipping was quick, item however was poorly packaged which could have led to the broken retaining clip either that or it was missed in QC. Regardless I reached out to the seller and they worked with me the best they could to resolve my concerns and rectify the issue. With that being said I will happily attempt to shop from them again I'm the future! Thank you!

  Item came in as promised … professionally packaged, on time, good communication, and a great price. Still waiting to see if it fits but thankfully these guys have a 90 return policy. Will be shopping with them again asap
