  I'm very happy with the Dell Rugged. It came in perfect conditions, even better than described. I'm more than happy with the supplier. I had some issues with UPS in Thailand. Lee did really everything to help, communicated not only with me but also direct with the deliverer so that finally the tax and delivery problems were solved. If you want buy those high tech stuff I can only recommend to deal with him. Ralf

Le vendeur a tout de suite répondu à ma demande d'échange du produit avec des excuses pour ce désagrément, la communication a été très bonne et le suivi de l'article de remplacement est en cours avec un contact régulier du vendeur.
