The price was good, with a code for a sizeable reduction. The only reason I returned it was because I would prefer a metal case rather than a plastic looking one - just appearance and feel, nothing wrong with it. Communication with Lizard Tech was absolutely excellent, they helped me with clearing the laptop for return, which being a non techie I didn't know how to do. Highly recommended.
