  The item I ordered was sadly very thoroughly thrashed in shipping, and the box was far too large for the item allowing it to further bounce around the box. However, the seller was excellent to work with, the item return was smooth, and I would be glad to do business with this seller again. I would absolutely recommend this seller for standing behind their products and satisfying their customers.

  Although packaged with packing paper, the two metal components were placed on top of eachother and had noticable scuffs on the silver finish from rubbing against one another during shipping. The vesa mount had poked a small hole in the box and was sticking out from it. Would recommend the seller to place packing paper in between the components and around them. Otherwise the item was exactly as described with all components listed, and in working condition. A very fair price as well.
