  My key board arrived on time and in great packaging. The appearance of the item was as described and in good condition. This was sold a great price. It worked great with the exception of the ‘w’ key, which was believed to be damaged during shipping via the seller. After communication, we worked out a deal to fix the mistake. I would recommend this seller to others.

  This item shipped quick and arrived today boxed up with an additional clear bag around it. The personalized business card is a nice touch that shows an extra hit of care for customers.
