The seller went to great lengths to protect in shipping, but the wing broke and clock stopped working, in transit. The seller worked with me to where I was able to receive a substantial refund and still keep item. I’m going to glue the wing back on and will get clocked fixed easily with the amount of refund and still get to enjoy this gorgeous piece of art. The seller communicated promptly. They were also kind and showed a gracious heart. Thank you!!
