  I ordered three lanyard clips from this shop and was really pleased with them. They arrived on time, and when one was lost in the mail, the seller was very apologetic and issued a refund straight away. I later reordered the clips, and the seller was so kind to include a small gift, even though it wasn’t her fault that the first package went missing. It’s wonderful to come across such thoughtful and kind service.

  The package arrived on time but unfortunately the pins were missing. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. She was so apologetic, supportive and reassured me that a replacement would be sent out the next day. She did not disappoint. I received my new pins in a few days and the seller was in constant contact with me. I really appreciated all her help and would definitely recommend checking out her products. They are of good quality and at a good price. Thanks again Rosie

  Product new, and as described. These lovely 'dog themed' magnetic book marks are, cute, cute, cute !!!!!!! Great price, packaged well and sent quickly. Communication from seller was fab.   Super fast postage, shipped same day. Seller even dropped me a message to say that they were on their way and there were some other stickers in the package as samples. Pics in the listing were a bit off as they didn’t come on a roll as in pic 1 nor were they anywhere near the size pic 3 shows with them on a laptop lid. Actually glad of that, though, as otherwise they’d have been too big. My son loves the bonus stickers, hopefully my work team will like the stars lol
