  I bought ink cartridges that were listed as "new" however the protective seal had been removed. I contacted the seller and the seller responded right away that they were unaware the seal had been removed and refunded my purchase, which is why I'm giving the seller a positive feedback.

  Item in excellent condition, but the box arrived pretty banged up with a gash on the side, with a crushed corner and a tear on the lid. No additional protection for the items box itself. Bugs me cause its a gift for my mom. Maybe wrapping up the box in shipping paper would've helped. Thank goodness for the excellent inside foam cartons in this costco item. Other than that it was a great purchase!!
