Contacted the sell to ask for a different postage method at my cost as I wanted the items. But no response. So I'm not happy. They were refunded the same day the items were reported as not received. They were sent together SIGNED FOR at no extra cost. I answered every message. Apologised to buyer even though it was out of my hands, and lost by Royal Mail.
