In working with the linear actuator I managed to break it...all my fault. When I asked about replacement parts they said parts were available but would come from China. I had the parts in one week! I would highly recommend this Company!

I can’t vouch for the product because I never got it.

The same exact one and it was way too big for my Varon NT-03 oxygen concentrator . So I contacted my eBay seller and asked if I could send it back to them ,she said yes of course that would be fine and when she gets it she will refund my money. So only good to say about the seller

I thank her for catching the mistake and not going through with sending it to me and me having to go through a return and wait up to 10 business days for my money back. This woman deserves a raise in my mind. Thank you.
