  Excellent customer service! Excellent communication. Item arrived fast and was just as described. In working with the linear actuator I managed to break it...all my fault. When I asked about replacement parts they said parts were available but would come from China. I had the parts in one week! I would highly recommend this Company!

  I ordered this by mistake so I don’t know how good the product is, but I do know that the seller did a great job of refunding my money immediately and they replied within like 10 minutes of me messaging them and it was already like 2 o’clock in the morning so at least the customer service is good. I can’t vouch for the product because I never got it.

  The wonderful woman who works at the site I ordered from realized what I ordered was not going to fit the RC 2 that I have, so she refunded the money within hours. I thank her for catching the mistake and not going through with sending it to me and me having to go through a return and wait up to 10 business days for my money back. This woman deserves a raise in my mind. Thank you.
