  All extremely positive. I had questions about the item (a large Victorian jug) to which the Seller responded promptly and with patience and candour. The jug arrived promptly and very well packed - it certainly did not disappoint, looked even better than it did inthe photographs. I am delighted with my purchased and recommend the Seller 100%, would certainly purchase from her again.

  The cottage arrived intact (albeit late) and I have no problem with the seller. My only problem was with Evri who kept saying the package was going to be delivered and then it didn't come. They made various excuses such as 'attempted to deliver, couldn't deliver, delayed'. I contacted the seller who answered me straight away, although they couldn't help, but I don't blame them for the shoddy carrier service as they had posted it on time as promised.

  Hi, and thank you for your comments. It is increasingly frustrating dealing with Evri and the simple delivery system. As Yodel are not part of this "Scheme" I believe that the huge increase in volume for Evri has caused an overload of their infrastructure and they "simply" cannot cope with it. I am pleased that your cottage arrived safely and thank you for your purchase. *Lilly*
