    this A/C unit was damaged in shipping by UPS. the item arrived at my door looking like it was run over by a forklift take a look at the picture. top of the unit is separating and doesn't blown cold air I want to thank the seller for taking the unit back and refunding my payment. I will buy from you again - Thank you
