  I ordered a replacement quarter window. The guy even sent a screw incase I lost one, like the thought and consideration gets 5 stars just for that… but it was a Perfect fit, quality replacement part. Fast shipping. Packaged really good to protect. Everything as described. Lowest price I found across the entire internet. More eBay sellers could learn a thing or two from this one. A+++ seller, highly recommend.   My item was shipped promptly after I purchased it,but unfortunately got lost in USPS shipment due to very severe weather on the date of shipment. Item took over 2 weeks to finally show up.Although item had been packaged and wrapped very well by seller,it had been crushed in transit and item was damaged, the seller was in contact with me through the entire ebay refund process. Seller was very quick in handling the situation and making sure I was taken care of,very professional.

  VERY HELPFUL SELLER. Went out of their way to help me work out a price after I already bought an actuator from another seller THEN learned from the auto body shop that I needed a latch also, that the actuator SHOULD have come with, but didn't. Previous seller would not refund the money since it was a little over the refund limit. Auto body shop hasn't installed the item yet so I can't say that it worked yet but I am sure the seller tested it before hand. Great communication. Fast shipping!

  Thank you very much! We are a family business and treat everyone as we want to be treated. The buyer was a bit screwed but it was not their fault. We had a way to do something to help them and not lose money on our end. That is the way all interactions should go.
