  The day after I ordered this item, the seller got back to me and said that they were out of stock. She offered right away to refund my account. She was quick and I am so appreciative that she was so cooperative given the situation. All correspondence was cordial and well received.

  I should have known better, but I took a chance and ordered a second walker from this seller. Why do they accept the order and bill your credit card if the item is not available. Will never purchase from this seller again. At least this time they let me know within a couple of days that I would not be receiving the walker and i was issued a refund. Don't know what their problem is but it needs to be fixed.
