    The clock and box came new as described and they were packaged carefully so nothing was damaged. The price was great as well and I appreciated the email the seller sent not long after I purchased the item just thanking me and for me to reach out if I experienced any problems. Very happy!

    Super fast shipping, from Japan!! I am in shock, and so happy with how fast it arrived. Items are just as described, absolutely perfect in fact! Packaged very well, protected the boxes, and the figures inside too! I will definitely buy from this seller again!! Looking forward to getting some more figures from this seller again soon!

    Packaging taping was excellent, however, it was not protected as well as it needs to be. Thankfully, my collection item corners are slightly dinged but no other damage. Item needs to be surrounded by air bubble wraps and an actual box that can absorb impact. Mine was only covered by thin layer plastic and a single corner of air bubble. All is well though but I have 2 corner dings from shipping.
