  The clock and box came new as described and they were packaged carefully so nothing was damaged. The price was great as well and I appreciated the email the seller sent not long after I purchased the item just thanking me and for me to reach out if I experienced any problems. Very happy!

  Super fast shipping, from Japan!! I am in shock, and so happy with how fast it arrived. Items are just as described, absolutely perfect in fact!   Excellent customer service and super fast delivery arrived in time for a very special birthday celebration gift. Some slight dents from shipping and a customs charge to pay (obviously) but even that was easy via FedEx so nothing bad to say, just fantastic quality and value for money & packing appearance was expertly completed to ensure best protection - you can’t ask for more than that and you can’t control how couriers handle parcels - so overall 5* and would recommend to others. Thank you. 😀

  Great quality product, very well packaged, I was kept up to date with when it was shipped and when it arrived. It's much bigger than I thought, so I've put an amiibo in the photo for size reference. Overall I would recommend this seller.
