  Ordered product in mid-April. In mid-May, although tracker said at Post Office, no sign of movement. Needed product immediately. Eventually was told it had been lost and would be coming soon. Asked for refund. Was told, "No, package was on its way." I disagreed. Now, more than two weeks later, the package shows up at my door.

  Overall a great transaction, had a problem that electrical cord was not included but seller informed me that cord was missing from the manufacturer and sent me one our right away. Thanks for making sure I got the cord, Great communication.....
