  Excellent quality, condition, value, and overall appearance. This item was better than as advertised - advertised as 'open box' but looked brand new to me. This was way above my best of expectations. From 'ebay' ordering on 17 Dec 24 at 5:45 PM to 'UPS' delivery today, at 11:52 AM on 20 Dec 24....flawless. I had the tree out of the box and up in 15 minutes (...see attached photos. Huge thanks to the seller for outstanding effort in making this purchase happen. Will buy again from this seller!
