  Item as described, good communication, shipped same day My only complaint was large heavy items very poorly packaged and arrived with boxes damaged from no packing and items were very scuffed and signs of impacts causing minor damage. Seller was willing to correct but I did not have option to wait for replacements… hopefully seller improves packing, that would make the TOP RATED in my opinion

  After a shipping issue with 2 of the 5 tires I notified eBay they contacted Libra Trailer Parts,they very quickly contacted me and let me know that they were shipping the missing 2 tires. Can’t really say enough about Libra trailer they are definitely a company that I will continue to do business with. Thanks to their support team and Ms. Jasmine for helping me with this issue.

  New Condition Tires As Pictured In Add, Quality Tires for The Price Paid, Was late On Monday Getting Them Out After A Saturday Order, And Got Them 4 Days Later On Thursday, Came From Tn. To N.Y. And Would Be Sooner If Fed-UP Was Not Used. Expected Them Sooner!!

  Ordered 5 tire and wheel combinations total. They shipped quickly. One of the rims was all scuffed up when I received it but I notified the seller. They responded immediately, asking for a picture of the damaged wheel. I took pictures and sent them back and got a reply almost immediately that they would send me a replacement along with a shipping label to send the damaged wheel back. The replacement got here very quickly! I would not hesitate to use this seller again! Great to work with!

  Shipment was running late. Call the shipper. They apologize because the weather was bad which it was and refunded my money right away but just the other day the product still arrived. Talk about customer service. I would use them anytime again, even though they had shipping issues because of the weather wasn’t their fault they made it more than right with me. Great job guys.

  Just got my jack for the trailer, didn't come with a crank but I do have a few extras. Brand new as discribed, price was good and shipping was fast. Definitely recommend this seller and look forward to ordering from him again as well as using this next weekend
