  Their expensive item (over$110), sold for $12. The tracking number eBay provided wasn’t used (USPS must have screwed up) Item never arrived (USPS must have screwed that up also). Sent my $12 back and said I should be happy. This is the 4th time an expensive item has not shone up for me— and now after 25 years on eBay , my first negative. FYI the USPS has a less than 3% loss rate on all mail and very few of that loss involves packages. That tells me there is a less than 1% chance they mailed it
